Common questions

Do I need a university admission before applying for a scholarship?

It depends on the scholarship. Some, like many university awards, are only offered once you have an admission. Others let you apply first and secure admission later. We help you plan both in the right order.

Can I apply for more than one scholarship?

Yes — and you should. Applying to several improves your chances. Just check each one's rules, as some ask you to declare other awards or don't allow them to be combined.

Are scholarships only for postgraduate students?

No. Many of the largest government awards are for master's and PhD study, but universities also offer merit and partial scholarships for undergraduate students.

A scholarship I want has closed. What now?

Most major scholarships run every year on a similar timeline. Use the time to strengthen your application, and speak to a counsellor about partial awards that are still open.
